"It is Goodrich policy to transact its business in a fair and equitable manner and will not extend to suppliers any special business considerations in connection with gifts, gratuities, or common business courtesies.

Payments or gratuities from a supplier in exchange for favorable business consideration by Goodrich employees, agents or representatives is strictly prohibited.  Any employee or Representative of Goodrich found to have engaged in such practice will be subject to immediate termination and referral for criminal investigation.  Any evidence that a Goodrich supplier engaged in such practice shall be grounds for Goodrich to discontinue business arrangements to include removal from the Goodrich approved supplier list."
